Sue, Sue, Sue! No, not the boy named that but the legal action being taken by a fashion designer against LEGO for copying his design. The designer, Antoni Porowski, is suing the company for copyright infringement regarding the company copying his design of a leather jacket which was used on a show for one of their toys.

Overall, this is a pretty interesting article and case of copyright infringement and what may be considered copywritten.
